Amigos Library Services is reaching out to remind members of our partnership with the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). DOAJ is the trusted directory dedicated to indexing high-quality Open Access journals and plays a pivotal role in the scholarly community. Many libraries use DOAJ’s metadata in their systems to provide users with access to trustworthy journals or to provide advice on where to publish.

Report Lost/Damaged Items

Reimbursement Policy

TAE Region (TAE site to TAE site)
Amigos Library Services will reimburse a lending library for the replacement cost of items lost/damaged in transit when they qualify for reimbursement. Requirements for reimbursement include:

Providing the barcode/QR code number for the bag in which the item was shipped
The item has been lost/damaged in transit for at least three months from the listed ship date.
The item is reported as lost/damaged and invoiced within 12 months of the listed ship date.
